| January 2001, Hans had this brilliant idea to
form a band, with one goal in mind; play live ! (which we hadn't done for three years now)
We asked Peter to join the band so he did.The
basic idea is to perform live a lot, playing a style which should be a combination of the
no-nonsense style of Mr.Slammer and the
sophistication of Signs. We did nice stuf playing
King Crimson to Frank Marino & Signs songs,
but after some time we had to release our drummer Jerry, after quite a
search we found a new one in the person of Flavio Amorim, a brazilian
drumolomaniac with great taste for rythm, melody & humor.
Again after a while we had to scratch behind the ears figuring what to do, Hans and I wanted to do some really technical (deep ;-))) stuff. We talked it over and came to the conclusion bringing Signs back to life again was the only solution... so we did ;-) |
